Are you a sport skydiver holding a B, C, or D license? Report any incident involving injury or damage, or any deviation from normal operations, within 5 working days.
If the involved skydiver does not yet hold a B, C, or D license, the supervising instructor is responsible for the report, including the details of the person involved.
We also encourage you to report near-misses — situations that did not cause injury or damage, but could have. There is a lot to learn from such reports.
